If you don't already have an FTP program, you may need one.
For MAC users, we recommend Fetch and for PC users, we recommend WS_FTP Pro 7.0 (for Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000). PC users needing a decompression program can get an evaluation copy of WinZip from WinZip's Web site. MAC users needing a decompression program can get an evaluation copy of Stuffit Expander from Aladdin Systems' Web site. CuteFTP is another very good FTP shareware program and is available on the Internet.
For a start, you can use the FTP software that is integrated into your windows software. Open a windows explorer folder (yellow folder) and type in ftp://ftp.YourDomainName.com . In newer Microsoft software this is built in.
If you have older versions or this will not work on your system you will need a programs such as Fetch, WS_FTP, WS_FTP32 , CuteFTP or something similar..
